Just to say what a great time we all had, enjoying the countryside, sheep and tranquility. We thought the cottage was lovely and made use of all the excellent facilities. Joan was so nice and also very helpful and the children quickly made friends with all her dogs. Ireland may not have the hot weather but it has the warmest people.
A real achievement to restore the cottage to such a high standard and certainly the best holiday rental property we've ever had the pleasure of staying at.

I'm in need of a complete chill out away from the pressures of work and business, I found the Shepherd's Cottage whilst searching for somewhere to stay in my favourite part of the world. Why did I not find it years ago! I have had the most relaxing week for a very long time in a beautiful cottage and a beautiful and inspiring location. I have achieved my chill and am ready but not willing! to go back and join the rat race - I will be back. (with the wife next time)
